Gestion Alain Labonté inc. (hereinafter "we," "our," or "the company"), operator of the McDonald's restaurant located at 575 Boulevard Saint-Joseph, Drummondville, Quebec, J2C 1A1, is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its website mcdonalds.elefen.dev (hereinafter the "Site").

Contact form — first name, last name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.

Career application form — first name, last name, email address, phone number, desired position, and any information provided in your application.

Birthday party reservation — first name, last name, email address, phone number, event date, number of participants, and party preferences.

Online payment — when paying the deposit for a reservation, your payment information (credit card number, expiration date, CVC) is processed directly by Stripe, our secure payment provider. This data never passes through our servers and is not stored on the Site.

Browsing data — we automatically collect certain technical data through cookies and analytics tools, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and visit duration.

2. USE OF INFORMATION

The personal information collected is used for the following purposes: responding to your inquiries and messages, processing your job applications, managing birthday party reservations and deposit payments, improving the content and performance of the Site, and complying with our legal obligations.

3. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS TOOLS

The Site uses Google Analytics to analyze traffic and understand how visitors interact with our pages. Google Analytics places cookies in your browser to collect anonymized data about your visit.

Your personal information is retained only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Reservation-related data is kept for 24 months following the event. Job applications are kept for 12 months. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for 12 months.

The Site uses the HTTPS protocol (SSL/TLS encryption) to secure communications. Payments are processed by Stripe on secure servers in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
